Sweep, Vacuum, Mop floors
Clean high-touch surfaces (backsplash, counters, stovetop)
Wipe out sink & clean faucet
Wipe exterior of trash can
Empty trash cans and replace liners

Wipe out the windowsills
Wipe the outside & inside of microwave
Wipe the outside of oven
Wipe the outside of dishwasher

Wipe down tables and chairs
Shine exteriors of kitchen appliances
Dust under items and replace them in their position
Load dishes in dishwasher or sink if dishwasher full

Rates
-One bedroom/One bathroom: $80
-Two bedrooms/Two bathrooms: $118
-Rates include complimentary linen service and sales tax!
-Initial cleaning or if there is more than a month between cleanings: $19
-Half bath, office, or study: $19
-Refrigerator or oven interior: $19 each
-Laundry other than bed linens: $19 per load (wash, dry, fold)
-Clean/disinfect swatches, knobs, handles, pulls: $19
-Saturday service: $38
Please email us for rates on larger flats and multi-level townhomes/lofts. You can schedule service weekly, every 2, 3, or 4 weeks, monthly, or even occasionally. Save money by having your home cleaned at least once a month! If you have a question please contact us- we would love to have you as a client.
All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
Any gratuity you might elect to add to the cleaning fee will be most appreciated by our staff. Whenever paid in cash, added to your check, or added to your credit card payment on request, rest assured the staffer who cleans your home will receive it and be most grateful
Cancellations can be done easily by replying to the email reminder sent before every appointment or texting/calling our number. A $50 fee will be charged if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. Bear in mind that it takes time and effort for our staffer to get to your doorstep with her equipment and supplies so please be considerate.
** Provide a referral which results in a cleaning and we’ll discount your next cleaning by $10!
